Registration
The offered Registration Packages have been prepared with you in mind. Their variety reflects your different needs, budget and availability.
All participants must submit a completed GeoCart'2008 Conference Registration Form for the Conference. Please use a separate form for each delegate. Take a photocopy for your own records.
Please note that the deadline for Early Registration (where applicable) is Monday, 21 July 2008. Principal authors of the accepted papers and posters are eligible for a 10% discount on the Registration Packages fees.
Your registration will be confirmed by email and the official receipt will be provided at the Conference. Conference registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by a full payment and a valid student identification (applicable to students only).

Cancellations and Refunds
In case you are unable to attend the Conference, you may reassign your registration to another person. Otherwise, the following Refund rules apply:
- Full refund less 10% if written cancellation is received by Monday, 21 July 2008
- Full refund less 50% if written cancellation is received by Friday, 1 August 2008
- No refund will be granted after Friday, 1 August 2008
Please send your cancellation to GeoCart'2008 Secretariat either by email or by post.

Identification
Conference identity badges must be worn at all times during the Conference and for all social functions. People not wearing badges will not gain access to Conference sessions/activities or to the Commercial Exhibition.
