DESCRIPTION:Every four years the New Zealand Cartographic Society collates 
 a National Report summarising activities over the past four years. The lat
 est report - Cartographic Activities in New Zealand 2019-2023 - will be pr
 esented to the General Assembly of the International Cartographic Associat
 ion in August at the International Cartographic Conference in Cape Town\, 
 South Africa.Contributors to this report include cartographic and mapping 
 societies\, central and local government\, the military\, research institu
 tes\, universities\, commercial companies\, non-profit organisations\, lib
 raries\, museums\, and map retailers. If you are keen to contribute\, plea
 se get in touch at info@cartography.org.nz.This full day seminar will cons
 ist of short presentations from contributors\, who will talk about their r
 ecent and current mapping activities. It will be held in the Thorndon/Pipi
 tea seminar rooms at the National Library (lower ground floor - entry from
  Aitken Street).Light refreshments will be provided.  Watch this page for
